Hey all!
We just got back from a short trip to Paros (May 16-19) with my husband and our two little ones (they’re 3 and 6), and I wanted to drop a quick note in case it helps anyone planning something similar.
Honestly, it was the perfect time to go. The island’s just starting to wake up for the summer, so everything’s open but it’s not packed with people yet. No crowds, super chill vibes, and the weather was warm but not crazy hot.
One of the days we hopped over to Antiparos (ferry was like 10 mins) and went to the cave there - which was amazing! Just a heads up, there are a ton of stairs, so it’s a bit of a workout, but our kids actually loved it. Felt like a mini adventure.
Paros itself was so kid-friendly. Locals were really sweet, and most places we ate at were super relaxed about having kids around. No side-eyes when the little one started getting loud at dinner lol.
And I HAVE to mention this adorable kids store we stumbled on in Parikia - it’s called Little Rainbowland (littlerainbowland.gr). Cutest stuff. We picked up a few toys and a baby gift for a friend, but I seriously wanted to buy the whole shop. If you’ve got kids or just want something cute and not super touristy, check it out.
Anyway, if you’re planning Paros with kids - do it! And feel free to ask anything if you're curious about the trip
