Professional, transparent, honestly friendly and courteous. Really outstanding service in every respect! In addition, full transparency with regard to the expected prices, which are absolutely comprehensible and comparatively cheap.
Due to a rather deep wound on my foot, I have unfortunately already been to several medical facilities here over several weeks, but Dr. Now is definitely the best address for tourists in Krabi and the surrounding area!
From the genuinely warm and professional welcome at the door, to the thorough anamnesis and admission, to the caring explanation and guidance at every step, the staff and nurses are really perfect at their job.
Dr. Sukrit Thanasrivanichai treated and advised me extremely competently. He is very professional but also very warm and honestly concerned about the well-being of his patients. Thanks to his treatment, my wound healed much better.
We went there spontaneously and got a follow-up appointment for the next day. He then explained the wound cleaning process to me and I was able to keep in touch via WhatsApp to send pictures and questions. I was also given some material. Dr. Now always responded quickly and directly with clear recommendations.
I have never experienced such incredibly good service from start to finish.
Despite the circumstances, both visits were really fun and we had a lot of laughs with the team
